About Our Services

We provide professional holistic therapy services intended to support relaxation, wellbeing, and complementary care. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients should seek advice from a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns.

Professional Boundaries and Client Conduct

All services are provided in a professional, respectful, and safe environment.
Any form of abuse, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, sexualised behaviour, or inappropriate conduct towards staff will not be tolerated.
If a client behaves abusively or inappropriately, the session will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse or permanently withdraw services from any individual who breaches professional boundaries or safety standards.
Where necessary, incidents may be documented and reported to relevant authorities.

Client Responsibility and Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or any other relevant factors prior to treatment
We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Clients agree that they receive treatments at their own risk and acknowledge the nature of holistic therapies.

Consent

By booking and attending an appointment, clients confirm that they consent to treatment and understand the nature and purpose of the service..
Consent may be withdrawn at any time during a session.

Appointments and Punctuality

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still payable.
Missed appointments are treated as cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

-More than 48 hours’ notice: a full refund or reschedule is available.
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be retained.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: 100% of the treatment cost will be retained.

Vouchers and Pre-Purchased Treatments

-All vouchers and pre-purchased treatments are non-refundable.
Vouchers are transferable and may be used for an alternative treatment, provided the value is the same.
If the chosen treatment is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of booking.
If the chosen treatment is of a lower value, the remaining balance is not redeemable for cash.
Vouchers do not have a fixed expiry date and may be used at any time within a two (2) year period from the date of purchase.
Lost vouchers may be redeemed only if the original purchaser contacts us and sufficient purchase details can be verified.
We reserve the right to refuse redemption if voucher ownership or validity cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Payments

Payment is required in advance or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:
Safety concerns
Inappropriate behaviour
Health contraindications
Breach of these Terms and Conditions

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from treatments, except where caused by proven negligence.
Clients accept full responsibility for their wellbeing before, during, and after treatment.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply.
